DEN is a independent architecture firm dedicated to environmentally-conscious design. Our research-based design process recognizes every decision has an impact on the environment. Consequently, we produce buildings that adapt to local climate, culture, and resources. In doing so, we have an extensive background in a variety of projects, ranging from residential remodels to institutional buildings. We provide architectural services such as design, site plan approval, construction documents, permitting, and construction supervision, in both residential and commercial markets. We are also a multi-lingual firm that can communicate in a number of languages, which is especially useful for foreign clients. 

DEN consists of a husband and wife team of architects. Germán Brun and Lizmarie Esparza are part of the generation of design professionals instrumental in Miami’s renaissance as a major multi-cultural metropolis; infusing fresh ideas, modern design, and an environmental conscious into the City. Together, they have designed more than 16 million square feet of architecture worth more than 3 billion dollars, and received multiple design awards in the process. With masters degrees from prestigious universities such as Columbia, MIT, and Berkeley; in addition to their architectural registration and numerous certifications, the partners at the firm are able to provide all the architectural services that may be required to purchase, invest, improve, and lease real estate in South Florida.
