I like Latitude because it is in my opinion one of the best maintained, organized and “user-friendly” buildings in the Brickell area. When the building first opened it had all of the hectic organization of a new building, however the staff has always been very professional, organized and uniform. Over the last couple of years, I have seen the building the grow and become a real solid piece of real estate in the Brickell area. Reorganization of some of the services like valet, change in rules and now a new management company has transpired slowly. All around, I think Latitude has a smart team behind the building and they realize the importance of the small details that really affect the “feel” and first impressions.

Most apartments in Miami do require 3 months deposit normally first, last and security. There is also generally an application for the condo association; this process normally takes 1 day to three weeks depending on the building. The cost ranges from $100-$300, some buildings also charge and extra security deposit for the building.
We suggest that you start looking for your rental about 6 weeks before you need to move in. The general process in Miami is to find your rental, place an offer once accepted a lease agreement will be prepared. Once this is signed by both parties you will have to pay at least once months deposit. You can then apply to the condo association for residence.
They will need a completed application form plus a signed copy of the lease and a check for the application fee. Once you have been accepted and it is the due date to move in you will need to pay the balance of deposits which is normally paid cashiers check.
Please remember to book with the condo association a move in day so that they can arrange security access and developers.
