Most apartments in Miami do require 3 months deposit normally first, last and security. There is also generally an application for the condo association; this process normally takes 1 day to three weeks depending on the building. The cost ranges from $100-$300, some buildings also charge and extra security deposit for the building.
We suggest that you start looking for your rental about 6 weeks before you need to move in. The general process in Miami is to find your rental, place an offer once accepted a lease agreement will be prepared.
