o For United States make sure you include a correct Zip Code in order to be found in Google Map search in our Local Info Section.

o For properties outside of United States, the State and City are important for Google Map search in our Local Info Section.

v Meta Title (For search engines)

v Meta Keywords (For search engines)

v Meta Description (For search engines)

v Property Description

v Property Type

v Price/Price Range (Minimum - Maximum)

v Sq. Ft./Sq. Ft. Range (Minimum - Maximum)

v Amenities

v Features

v 5 Pictures (Please supply all Images/Floor Plans in .JPG or .GIF Format)

v Virtual Tour (If you are an Agent or Developer)

v Logo or Photo of you or your company (If you are an Agent or Developer)

If we do not fill these critierias correctly your advetisement will not be found in search engines.

META TITLE: Your META title should be the same as your Property Name with an additional of LOCATION and TYPE. The limit of META title in this section is100 characters. An easy way to check a paragraph of text for the number of characters would be to use Word Count on Microsoft Word. You will find this under the Tool Section. Simply highlight the text click tools and then click Word Count. It will display the information you require.

FOR RENTAL ADVERTISMENTS: We advice that you include the word RENT or RENTAL in your title and etc.

META KEYWORDS: Create Keywords that you think are most likely to be used by people when searching for property in your area. META Keywords should not be repeated and the limit for META Keywords in this section is 200 characters. All Meta keywords should be seperated with commas and no spaces.
